Born in Vietnam, Nhung is a photographic artist based in London. In 2013 she graduated from the University of Westminster with an MA in Photographic Studies. Her photographic work has been exhibited internationally, featured in various books and publications, and she is the co-author of an ongoing blog project called The Lost Promenade.

As a self-taught photographer, Nhung has an experimental approach working with a variety of cameras and techniques. Pinhole appeals to her instinctive nature as a photographer where her focus is on creating atmosphere over technical precision. Throughout her photographic practice, Nhung’s images continually reflect her questioning identity and belonging. Narratives in her work are often influenced by her own personal feelings of melancholy and yearning.
